Did You Know

CBS students and staff helped to give support to relief efforts in the Tohoku region of Japan.

CBI has an Executive Leadership Team led by Michael Oh, Joe Kim, and Craig Chapin.

Students can earn certificates in Pastoral Counseling, Global Youth and Family Ministry, and Church Planting at CBS.

We are thankful to God who provided a wonderful new ministry campus for CBI just 5 minutes walking from Nagoya station! Thank you for the many of you who helped make this possible by your prayers and donations!

The CBI team is growing! We've doubled in size in the past few years!

CBI is planning toward launching the Heart & Soul Cafe ministry on the 1st floor of the new downtown CBI campus.

Quotes

"Michael Oh spoke at our 2009 Desiring God Conference for Pastors. I love his vision for Japan. As a Korean this commitment has the Christ-like flavor of reconciliation and risk. I would like for you to know him and, if God leads, support his vision."
— John Piper

"Being half-Japanese, I have a special burden to see the gospel spread in Japan. Michael's personal story and the history of enmity between Koreans and Japanese makes his missionary zeal all the more compelling."
— Joshua Harris

"We should pray for Michael Oh and all involved in this ministry. Some may want to consider supporting it, as they are in the process of raising $1.5 million for a campus. There is a desperate need for pastoral training and effective church planting in Japan, and Oh’s ministry has witnessed some encouraging fruit. We should also pray for other faithful missionaries and pastors in Japan. May God grow his church for the good of that nation and the glory of Christ!"
